FULL TIME COOK

We cook REAL FOOD: No Sysco, No US Foods.

$20 an hour + TIPS (average a total of $27-30 an hour)

This is a Full time job and you must be able to work weekend evenings.

You will be joining a great team— so you must be positive, kind and hard working.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, super knife skills, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Ability to multi-task is a must.

Yes, we make pizza but this is real food, made from scratch in a small + happy kitchen. No Sysco. No US Foods. We love Pizza experience but care more about real food experience and if you have stayed at your previous positions for a real length of time.

$20 an hour plus tips. Once you've mastered all stations we provide incremental raises from there.

You must have:

* At least 4+ years experience cooking professionally in a scratch kitchen
* Terrific knife skills
* Reliability
* Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
* A great palate
* A solid work ethic
* And a desire to learn even more

You must be able to work nights and weekends.
