We cook REAL FOOD: No Sysco, No US Foods.

$20 an hour + TIPS (average a total of $28-31 an hour)

We are seeking a responsible, skilled and experienced cook who desires to grow and learn, who is curious, and who wants to improve their craft. Having pizza experience is a big plus. Please read the whole ad before applying.

We need someone to work Wednesday through Sunday. You must be able to work weekends.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, super knife skills, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Team Work. Ability to multi-task is a must.

Yes, we make pizza but this is real food, made from scratch in a small + happy kitchen. No Sysco. No US Foods.

You must have:
* At least 2+ years experience cooking professionally in a scratch kitchen
* Terrific knife skills
* Reliability
* Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
* A great palate
* A solid work ethic
* And a desire to learn even more

You must be able to work nights and weekends.
